After working with hundreds of clients and companies throughout my career as a consultant, tech strategist and creator, I’ve observed that the common problem is Focus.
In today’s age of information and material abundance, Focus is our scarcest resource. This is both a good and bad thing.
Like all scarce economic resources, if you have more of it and know how to use it, then you’ll have a huge competitive advantage.
The opposite is also true.

That’s great to know…but what exactly is Focus and how we do we use it like a superpower?
Focus is the direction and concentration of effort.
It involves knowing only two things:
What you want to work on.
How to execute within a limited time frame.
This is how every single new project, product, and service is created.
By the way - it’s also easy to focus on the wrong things, which is exactly how businesses fail and bad life decisions are made.
Ok that’s all nice and good, but you might be asking…

How do I prioritize everything and know what to say no to?
It’s a lot to sift through. I’m not surprised that most people get so overwhelmed that they just give up on their dream hustles half way through.
