Speaker: Lon Fuentes

🚨 THIS EVENT HAS PASSED - YOU CAN ACCESS THE FULL RECORDING INSIDE MIND MAP NATION.

I was totally blown away during my coaching session with Lon Fuentes and knew right away that I had to get him to share his framework with you all. This is a must-watch session for anyone passionate about maximizing personal growth or managers wanting to assemble high performance teams.

It is a rare opportunity as he doesn't do much public speaking, instead preferring to pour 🚀 rocket fuel into some of the most successful business people in the world from behind the scenes.

Lon is a true savant when it comes to Strengths Coaching, which focuses on what we do well instead of fixating on our weaknesses.

He's a rare combination of business and art: C-level executive, management consultant, Wharton MBA, and a Presidential Fellow at Temple University’s graduate film program. It's this diverse background that he uses to maximize his clients' strengths in his 20+ years of executive coaching.

I'm truly honored to have such a ROCKSTAR coach share his framework so that you can leverage your strengths too.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

"We know how to manage talent within our businesses, but why is personal talent management so hard?

Our current conversation about productivity often misses the crucial point that each person is wired differently in their cognitive, emotional, and energetic profiles.

This means that the “latest and greatest” productivity and self-improvement techniques typically fail in the real world.

Knowing your unique “talent DNA” configuration within the 34 Strengths Framework gives you a compass and a practical tool kit for accelerating professional and personal growth.

I will be sharing the foundations of Strengths Theory and practical examples of its application in this workshop based on my 20 years of executive coaching experience.

By the end of this session, you will be able to see and manage your Strengths like a coordinated 'A Team' and discover the missing link to enhancing your creative stamina, resilience, and cultivating sustainable energy to succeed in your goals."
