Erik Lehrer can be considered a strategy prodigy - he began his decades-long career when he was just 21 years old! At a time when most people his age were just beginning to drink, he co-founded a Management Consulting and Seminar Training firm, leading workshops throughout North America, which he grew predominantly from outstanding referrals.

Sun Tzu’s Art of War (AOW) is one of his key inspirations and reference tools in his consulting practice. He owns 30 translations of this strategy classic and has mastered the text’s wisdom, having applied its tactics to many aspects of his life.

What struck me most about Erik is his empathy and deep listening skills. He moves at his own pace, one that is both intentional and organic. It’s this gift of presence and space that he serves his clients by slowing them down, clarifying what is truly important in their personal and business lives, and applying timeless tactics to solve their most pressing challenges.

I’m excited that he’s agreed to share his knowledge with us all!

Here’s the workshop description in our speaker’s own words:

It seems like the Art of War is just a manual for generals and battlefields, but its wisdom transcends battlefields and can be applied to the numerous personal and professional challenges we face today.

The text is a compilation of timeless strategies and tactics formulated nearly 2,600 years ago by Sun Tzu, a Chinese military general, philosopher, and tactician. We'll explore how these principles can enhance our decision-making and critical thinking today.
